9/12/2023 0 Comments Sky zone anaheim![]() ![]() ![]() I will never book another event through them nor can I recommend them to any of my friends.For kids who LOVE to jump, Sky Zone Trampoline Park has multiple Twin Cities locations. If they had handled this issue differently, I might not have such negative feelings about their company. This isn’t how customer service should work. I contacted my credit card company today and disputed the charge and miraculously and hour later, SkyZone calls me that they now want to resolve the issue. ![]() They were to call me back but a day has already passed and still no response. They told me the only person that could help me was the manager and of course they were not available. Their response was that I never called and left a message and that the last day to cancel was a day earlier than what the email stated so I couldn’t cancel the event. I stated clearly that I called twice and left messages on Sunday to cancel but no one called me back. Finally, I got to talk to a live person about the issue. In part I thought they were closed on Easter Sunday and they might call me back on Monday. Due to work, I was not able to call them back again till 3 days later. Since April 16 was Easter Sunday, I thought they might be closed for the holiday that’s why no one called me back. Again, no one picked up and I had to leave another message stating yet again my need for cancelling and specifically asked someone to call me back. A few hours went by and they haven’t called me back so I called them again at 3:23pm. I called on April 16, the last day of the refundable cancellation, at 10:37am and left a message stating the need to cancel with my name and phone number. Unfortunately, all of the people we invited for the event could not make it for that day so I had to cancel with them. They were nice and gladly took a 50% deposit for the event and sent an confirmation email promptly along with a date indicating the last day to cancel. If you are considering hosting an event here - DON’T!!!!!!!!! I called t on April 8 to arrange my son’s birthday party for April 22. Overall, a horrible experience for her and for that I have to review this party experience as "Terrible" The additional cost that she was not expecting was significant. I felt bad for my friend who was trying to hold it together emotionally. It seemed to lack a timeline of when things were taking place, where the kids (birthday boy) were and how long we had to jump. The adults were standing around, it seemed unorganized and the whole group of us seemed "out of control" not knowing what was happening. They needed more then 1 person to serve the pizza, cake and drinks. When the time came for cake, they made an announcement to all meet in the party room. After we checked in, we were "on our own" so to speak.(I was under the impression that if you book a party, the host from the facility kept the kids all together in a group at least) The guests (kids) all go their own ways.nothing in a group, or a leader (party host from SZ) or anything. Unfortunately, our party hostess (paying customer of the party) was extremely upset due to the miscommunication of the price for the event. I went up to a check in station and easily checked us in with the party. 25 parents and kids were off to the side with question marks in their eyes. (He was turning 7) When we arrived a group of approx. I was invited to a birthday party for my daughters classmate. ![]()
